Chelsea Blake, Northwestern School of Law: Chelsea currently serves as a Rivkin Law and Public Advocacy Fellow, External Relations Liaison for Northwestern’s Election Law Association, International Team Project Team Leader, and a student attorney for the Center on Wrongful Convictions. She has previously served as a Board Representative for Northwestern’s Public Interest Law Group and as a student attorney for the MacArthur Justice Center’s Civil Rights Litigation Clinic. Chelsea will be clerking for Judge Scott Varholak in the U.S. District Court in the District of Colorado for the 2024-2026 term.

Nicholas Blum, Washington University in St. Louis Law School: Nick is a member of the Washington University Law Review and has served as a Senior Editor. He is also a member of the Law & Business Society and Federalist Society. He currently serves in the Appellate Clinic. A native Nebraskan, Nick is an avid fan of Husker football. He will be clerking for The Honorable Kea W. Riggs in the District of New Mexico for the 2024-25 term.

Kierra E. Booker, Howard University School of Law: Kierra is Vice President of Howard’s American Constitution Society Chapter and student attorney for the Child Welfare Clinic. She will be clerking for Judge Loretta Copeland Biggs in the Middle District of North Carolina for 2024-2025. 

Ben Buell, University of Virginia School of Law: Ben graduated from the University of Virginia in 2019. He spent his 1L summer with the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia and his 2L summer with the Violent Crime and Racketeering Section of the U.S. Department of Justice. Ben is an Executive Editor for the Virginia Law Review, a research assistant for Professor Saikrishna Prakash, and the Clerkships Chair for UVA’s Federalist Society chapter. He will clerk for the Honorable Ryan D. Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in 2024-2025 and for the Honorable James Wesley Hendrix of the U.S. District Court for the N.D. of Texas in 2025-2026.

Jacob D. Bunting, Campbell University School of Law:  Jacob serves as the Executive Editor of the Campbell Law Review and a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Scholar. During law school, Jacob interned for Judge Jeffery Carpenter and Judge Julee T. Flood of the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and Chief Justice Paul M. Newby of the North Carolina Supreme Court.  Jacob will clerk for Chief Judge Martin K. Reidinger of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina in 2024–2025.

Molly R. Case, University of Arizona Law School: Molly is a third-year student and Atwood Scholar at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. She serves as the Senior Articles Editor of Arizona Law Review, which will publish where her student note in the Spring 2024 issue. Molly also serves as a Senior Writing Fellow and as a member of the law school's Curriculum Committee and the university's Ombuds Committee. She will be clerking for Justice William G. Montgomery of the Arizona Supreme Court from 2024-2025.

Nicole Chandonnet, Washington University in St. Louis School of Law: Nicole is an executive editor of the Washington University Law Review, and she is a teaching assistant for 1L Legal Writing. She will be clerking for Judge Leonard Strand (United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa) for the 2024 term.

Max Clayton, University of Connecticut School of Law: Max was Articles Editor for the Connecticut Law Review and will be clerking for Justice Andrew McDonald of the Connecticut Supreme Court in 2024-25. He is pursuing his doctorate in philosophy from Yale University. Following his clerkship, he will work as an associate attorney at Day Pitney in its complex commercial litigation and appellate practice groups.

Isabelle M. Colaiezzi, The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law: Isabelle is a member of the Columbus School of Law class of 2024. She currently serves as a Production Editor on the Catholic University Law Review, a Dean's Academic Fellow, and a Research Assistant. She has previously interned for Judge Richard J. Leon in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and will be clerking for Judge John M. Gallagher in the U.S. District Court for the E.D. of Pennsylvania from 2024-2025. Following her clerkship, she plans to return to D.C. to work in the Litigation Practice Group of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Keegan Coppola, Northwestern School of Law: Keegan is a member of the National Trial Team, the Journal of Law and Social Policy, and the Black Law Students’ Association. She has served as a Judicial Extern at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, a Law Clerk at the Federal Defender Program, and a Summer Associate at Morrison Foerster. Keegan will be clerking for Judge Iain Johnston in the Northern District of Illinois from 2024-2025.

Jacqueline Crispino, University of California, Berkeley, School of Law: Jacqueline graduated from Berkeley Law in 2022 where she was a co-leader of the East Bay Dreamers Project and an Executive Editor of the Berkeley Journal of Gender, Law, and Justice.  After graduation, she worked as a fellow at Equal Rights Advocates in San Francisco.  She currently clerks for Chief Justice Lidia Stiglich of the Nevada Supreme Court.  Next year, she will clerk for Judge Trina L. Thompson of the Northern District of California.

Bryce Drapeaux, University of South Dakota School of Law: Bryce is the Copy Editor for the South Dakota Law Review and is a member of the Native American Law Student Association.  Additionally, Bryce serves as Dean Neil Fulton's Research Assistant.  After graduation, Bryce will be clerking for the Honorable Judge Karen Schreier in the Southern District of South Dakota in 2024-2026. 

David C. Evans, Regent University School of Law: David is the Legal Research & Writing Director for Regent Law's Moot Court Board, Articles Editor for Regent University Law Review, and Secretary for Regent's Federalist Society Chapter. He will be clerking for the Honorable Eric G. Bruggink in 2024-2025. After his clerkship, he hopes either to continue clerking or work in a state attorney general's office.

Stayce L. Evans, Howard University School of Law: Stayce is Vice President of the Huver I. Brown Trial Advocacy Team and will be clerking for Judge John P. Howard III of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Following his clerkship with Judge Howard, Stayce will be clerking for Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

Madison C. Gosch, University of South Dakota School of Law: Madison is an Articles Editor for the South Dakota Law Review and will be clerking for Judge Karen E. Schreier of the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota during the 2024-2026 terms. 

Samuel Haward, Notre Dame Law School: Samuel is a member of the Notre Dame Law Review, and has served as a judicial intern to Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick of the Delaware Court of Chancery and Judge Mark P. Telloyan of the St. Joseph County Superior Court during law school. He will be clerking for Justice Gary F. Traynor of the Delaware Supreme Court in 2024-2025. 

Colin Hickl, Southern Methodist University School of Law: Colin currently serves as the Managing Editor of SMU Law Review and Treasurer for the SMU Chapter of the Federalist Society. During law school, Colin interned both for the Honorable Sean Jordan of the Eastern District of Texas and First Liberty Institute. Colin will be clerking for the Honorable Jeremy Kernodle of the Eastern District of Texas in 2024-2025. Following his clerkship, Colin will spend a year in private practice before clerking for the Honorable Jennifer Elrod on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 2026-2027.

Edward G. Houser, Washington University in St. Louis School of Law: Edward is a member of the Federalist Society and the Catholic Bar Association, served as Senior Executive Editor for Volume 101 of the Washington University Law Review, and will be clerking for Judge Chad A. Readler of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in 2024-25.

Flora Lipsky, Duke University School of Law: Flora is the editor in chief of the Alaska Law Review. She is a member of the Duke Law Mock Trial board and serves as a student editor for the Bolch Judicial Institute’s Judicature magazine. During the 2024–25 term, she will clerk for the Hon. Paul J. Barbadoro of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.

Mayura Ludhani Jaisinghani, University of Maryland School of Law: Mayura is a student at the University of Maryland School of Law. Mayura is the President of the Moot Court Board and Co-President of the Women’s Bar Association. Mayura is also a Senior Legal Writing and Lawyering Fellow. She is serving as a student attorney in the Gender, Prison, and Trauma Clinic at the University of Maryland Clinical Law Program. Mayura will be clerking for Justice Angela Eaves in the Supreme Court of Maryland during the 2024-2025 cycle.

Daniel J. Luster, Regent University School of Law: Daniel is the Editor-in-Chief of the Regent Law Review, a member of Regent's moot court competition team, and a student member of the James Kent American Inn of Court. Before law school, Daniel received his B.A. in Architecture from the University of Tennessee and his M.A. from Yale University. Daniel will be clerking for judge Steven Merryday in the Middle District of Florida in 2024-2025. Following his clerkship, he plans to practice civil litigation. 

Lauryn N. Masters, Washington University in St. Louis School of Law: Lauryn has been a member of the Public Service Advisory Board, Women's Law Caucus, Christian Legal Fellowship, and Federalist Society. She serves as a Sr. Executive Editor of the Washington University Law Review and a Teaching Assistant for the first-year legal writing course. She will clerk for the Hon. Daniel D. Crabtree of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas in 2024-2025 and the Hon. Kurt D. Engelhardt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 2025-2026. Following her clerkships, she will practice at Lathrop GPM in Kansas City. 

Megan J. Miller, University of St. Thomas School of Law: Megan is an Articles Editor on St. Thomas’s Law Journal. She is a member of the First-Generation Law Student Association, Greater Minnesota Practice Cooperative, Women’s Law Student Association, and Pi Sigma Alpha. She has also served as the 2L and 3L Chair on the Curriculum Committee. She will be clerking for Judge Elise L. Larson on the Minnesota Court of Appeals in 2024-2025. 

Megan K. Miranda, Creighton University School of Law: Megan is a 2023 graduate of Creighton University School of Law where she was Student Articles Editor on Law Review.  She was also the research assistant for her research and writing professor.  Megan is currently clerking for Chief District Judge Roberto A. Lange in the District of South Dakota and will clerk for Judge Thomas L. Parker in the Western District of Tennessee in 2024-25.

Taylor K. M. Neill, Cumberland School of Law: Neill is a Research Editor for the Cumberland Law Review and has previously served as a Caruthers Fellow and peer Academic Success Advisor. In addition to her legal studies, Neill works as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse and volunteers as a youth softball coach. Neill will be clerking for The Honorable R. Austin Huffaker Jr. in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Following her clerkship, she will work as an associate in the Birmingham office of Burr & Forman LLP.

Shanell Nieuwendorp, University of South Dakota School of Law: Shanell is a member of the Christian Legal Society and the Veterans Legal Education Group, serves as the Production Editor of the South Dakota Law Review, and will be a rotating law clerk for all the justices of the South Dakota Supreme Court in 2024-2025.

Peter Povilonis, University of Chicago Law School: Peter graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 2023 and is currently a first-year associate at Kirkland & Ellis in Washington, D.C. He will be clerking for Judge Lawrence Kahn of the Northern District of New York starting March 2024. 

Jack Ring, George Mason University School of Law: Jack serves as an editor on the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy, a member of Scalia Law’s Moot Court Board, and a Writing Fellow for Scalia Law’s first year legal writing program. He participates in Scalia Law’s Free Speech and Supreme Court clinics. Jack will be clerking for Judge Eleni M. Roumel of the Court of Federal Claims in 2024-25. Following his clerkship, he will join the DC office of Latham & Watkins.

Eleanor Ritter, Pepperdine University School of Law: Ellie is the Digital Media & Essays, Comments, and Reviews Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review. She has participated in both the Pepperdine Law Ninth Circuit Appellate Advocacy Clinic and the Religious Liberties Clinic. In addition, Ellie serves as a research assistant to Professor Joel S. Johnson and is a member of the Pepperdine Moot Court Team. She will be clerking for Judge Allison H. Eid on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in 2024–2025. 

Rachel Sandor, University of Connecticut School of Law: Rachel is a member of the Connecticut Journal of International Law, serving as the Lead Article Editor. Rachel has served as a judicial intern in United States District Court, in the District of Connecticut, as well as in the New York State Unified Court System, in the 9th Judicial District. Rachel also has experience as a law student representative at the University of Connecticut Asylum and Human Rights Clinic. Upon her graduation in May 2024, Rachel will be clerking for Judge Ingrid L. Moll at the Connecticut Appellate Court.

Olivia J. Schoffstall, Baylor University School of Law: Schoffstall serves as the Managing Senior Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review and is a member of the Christian Legal Society, the Federalist Society, and several moot court competition teams. She will be clerking for the Honorable Jeffrey V. Brown of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. in 2024-2025. Following her clerkship, she will join Hogan Lovells’ Litigation group in Houston.

Mary E. Slosson, University of Colorado Law School: Mary is an Associate Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review and serves as a Deputy Director of the Acequia Assistance Project, the law school's pro bono water law program. She will be clerking for Justice Maria E. Berkenkotter of the Colorado Supreme Court in 2024-2025. She will join the environmental and public lands litigation group at Davis Graham & Stubbs in Denver, Colorado.

Erica J. Solberg, University of North Dakota School of Law: Erica serves as editor in chief of the North Dakota Law Review and is a former competitor in the National Trial Competition. She will be clerking for Chief U.S. District Court Judge Peter Welte for the District of North Dakota from 2024-2026.

George F. K. Werner, Duke University School of Law: George is a member of the Duke Law Class of 2024. He is currently an articles editor for the Duke Law Journal. In addition to the Duke Law Journal, he serves as a student representative on the Dean’s Advisory Council at his law school and as a law student ambassador for the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. After graduating from Duke, he will clerk with Justice Sarah K. Campbell of the Tennessee Supreme Court in 2024–2025.

Edward L. Wilkinson, The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law: Before law school Ned was a Captain in the United States Army. A member of the Catholic University National Moot Court competition team and the Editor-in-Chief of The Catholic University Law Review, Ned's comment on FOIA Exemption (b)(3)(B) is forthcoming in St. Mary's Law Journal early next year. He will clerk for the Honorable Hal Ray Jr. in the Northern District of Texas in 2023-2024.
