Joel Alicea, assistant professor of law and director of the Project on Constitutional Originalism and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition (CIT), appeared on “Scholars and Scribes Review the Rulings: The Supreme Court’s 2021-22 Term,” a panel hosted by The Heritage Foundation. The panel, which is an annual review of the Supreme Court term, featured Sarah Harris, Partner, Williams & Connolly LLP, and Alicea as scholars, and Jess Bravin, Supreme Court Correspondent, Wall Street Journal, and Kevin Daley, Supreme Court Reporter, Washington Free Beacon, as scribes. GianCarlo Canaparo, Senior Legal Fellow, Edwin Meese III Center, moderated the event. The panelists discussed important cases in the Supreme Court’s 2021-22 term.
