Miles & Stockbridge announced that Roger V. Abbott '13 has been elected as a principal of the law firm. Abbott is now a principal in the firm’s Government Contracts and White Collar Practice Group in Washington, D.C. and the Government Contracts practice within it. He represents government contractors in litigation, regulatory, policy and transactional matters involving a variety of federal departments and agencies. Abbott's experience includes litigating large controversies, including contract disputes and bid protests before the United States Court of Federal Claims and the Government Accountability Office and the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, as well as a variety of state tribunals.
