Professor Emerita Leah Wortham gave a presentation and briefing on U.S. Legal Education and Admission to the Bar to a group of Ukrainian government officials and legal educators as they commenced a one-week study visit in the United States on August 28, 2017.

The delegation included a Deputy Minister of Justice, Deputy Minister of Education, Member of the Supreme Council of Justice, Head-Elect of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, Member of Parliament, and several legal educators and university administrators. Five of the visitors are members of the Ukrainian Ministry of Science and Education's Task Force on Legal Education Reform.

The visit was organized by New Justice, a USAID grantee working on justice system reform.
