CUA Law Professor Megan M. La Belle recently spoke at Harvard Law School at a conference co-organized by the Project on the Foundations of Private Law at Harvard Law School and the University of Texas School of Law.

The Administrative-Private Law Interface in IP

The conference, titled The Administrative-Private Law Interface in IP, addressed the constitutionality of administrative adjudication, the Oil States Energy Servs., LLC v. Greene's Energy Group, LLC case currently pending before the Supreme Court, and the intersection of antitrust and intellectual property. Professor La Belle's panel discussed the topics of preclusion and deference, specifically with respect to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
