  • Roseline Guest joined Catholic Law in 2022 as a Visiting Clinical Assistant Professor with the Families and the Law Clinic. When not at Catholic Law, she works in the Domestic Violence and Special Victims section of the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) for Washington, D.C. As part of her work, Guest assists domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking survivors in obtaining civil protection orders. In her other duties, she prosecutes violations of civil protection orders. Guest also serves as faculty at the American Bar Association Commission on Domestic & Sexual Violence trainings.

    Prior to her time at the OAG, Guest worked as the Litigation Specialist at the non-profit organization, Women Empowered Against Violence (WEAVE). There, she represented domestic violence and sexual assault survivors in family law, immigration, and protection order proceedings. Guest started her legal career as a staff attorney at another non-profit entity, House of Ruth - Maryland. At House of Ruth, she provided civil representation to survivors of intimate partner violence.
