Catholic University law school Professor Lucia Silecchia will give a talk, "Environmental Ethics from a Religious Perspective: Pope Francis and the Challenge of Sustainability" at the first annual Sustainability Conference of American Legal Educators hosted by Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Conner College of Law.

Scheduled in Tempe, AZ, on May 8, the new conference will be an annual, national event for legal academics researching in sustainability-related areas. Silecchia's presentation will be part of the program on philosophy and morality as it applies to sustainability questions.
