On the Monday evening prior to the first day of final exams, students came to the Law School café for a free Pancake Supper. The Law School's annual Pancake Supper featured pancakes (regular and gluten free), bacon, potatoes, and eggs served by the students' favorite professors, deans, and administrators, who volunteered as short order grill cooks and servers for the evening.
It was the 22nd year in a row that CUA Law has offered breakfast-for-dinner as a welcome study break. The tradition began in 1994, the year the law school building was dedicated.
Whether it's the food, the camaraderie, or the irresistible invitation to "Come and see your favorite deans and professors flip!" the annual Pancake Supper has become another cherished tradition that marks the end of the fall semester at the Columbus School of Law and is a simple reminder of the supportive community CUA Law provides to its students.
