Catholic Law Alumnus Stefan Marculewicz ’93 has been appointed by House Republican Kevin McCarthy to serve a six-year term on the Independent Mexico Labor Board. The board was established as part of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) that went into effect on July 1, 2020.
Marculewicz’s is an expert in the field and experience in global labor relations and international labor standards make him a great fit for the role. Marculewicz is a shareholder in Littler’s D.C. office. He serves as co-chair of the Business and Human Rights practice group and has counseled and defended multinational corporations on a wide variety of issues involving international labor standards. Marculewicz also advises employers on the development and implementation of global labor relations strategies and compliance programs. Additionally, he has testified before both the U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate related to labor law policy.
