Catholic Law alumna The Honorable Cheryl Nora Moss ’94 has been honored with the 2021 Don Hulen National Award for Advocacy from the National Council on Problem Gambling for her historic achievement in establishing and presiding over Nevada's first Gambling Treatment Diversion Court, the only active gambling court in the U.S. Judge Moss also retired in 2021 after serving 20 years as a District Court Judge in the State of Nevada's 8th Judicial District Court, Family Court Division.
