On September 21, 2021, Mark Rienzi, Catholic Law Professor and Director of the Center for Religious Liberty, participated in the second annual Constitution Day lecture hosted by The Catholic University of America’s Institute for Human Ecology. In the lecture entitled, “Division, Unity and the Supreme Court,” Rienzi focused his comments on how the Constitution and Supreme Court can help us get through times of deep division, noting “our Constitution often does our best, most important work not in how it deals with our unity, but in how it deals with our divisions and our disagreement.”
