On the evening of November 1, Catholic Law’s Project on Constitutional Originalism and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition (CIT) and The American Enterprise Institute (AEI) co-hosted a discussion of the morality of the administrative state. Roe Institute for Economic Policy Studies, The Heritage Foundation; Chad Squitieri, Assistant Professor of Law, The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law; and Adam J.
