On February 3, 2022, Catholic Law Professor Roger Colinvaux was quoted in a blog post by the Initiative to Accelerate Charitable Giving in connection with the introduction of the Accelerating Charitable Efforts (ACE) Act in the House of Representatives. Colinvaux, a founding member of the Initiative, was one of several thought leaders in the area of philanthropic giving to comment on the bill which was introduced by Representatives Chellie Pingree (D-ME) and Tom Reed (R-NY).
