On Tuesday, February 8, 2022, Mary Graw Leary, Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Research and Professor of Law at Catholic Law, participated in a Congressional Briefing for the EARN IT Act. Graw Leary was also present for the Thursday press conference after the Senate Judiciary passed the bill unanimously out of the committee. The bill revises the federal framework governing the prevention of online sexual exploitation of children. Graw Leary previously testified regarding a different version of this bill in March of 2020.
