Professor Marshall J. Breger provided the forward to a recent study group report regarding the United States’ economic assistance to Palestine. The report, “Study Group on Palestinian Economic Development & Renewed U.S. Economic Engagement” (published on May 6, 2022), was sponsored by the S. Daniel Abraham Center for Middle East Peace and the Democracy Council. Congress, The White House, and the World Bank have sought briefings on the Report.
