On Monday, September 19, 2022, Chad Squitieri, assistant professor of law and fellow for Catholic Law’s Project on Constitutional Originalism and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition, gave a Zoom lecture for the Center for the Study of Constitutional Originalism at the University of San Diego. Professor Squitieri’s scholarship focuses on administrative law and constitutional interpretation. The lecture, "Why Textualists Should Reject the Major Questions Doctrine," offered a critique of administrative law's "major questions doctrine."
