On October 24, 2022, Professor Lucia Silecchia and Visiting Assistant Professor Asma Uddin participated in Notre Dame Law Review’s first symposium of the year, “Unconstitutional Conditions and Religious Liberty.” The symposium, hosted in collaboration with the Notre Dame Law School Religious Liberty Initiative, featured religious liberty experts from across the country. The program was broken into two panels and the authors discussed their written scholarship, which will appear in a special issue of the Notre Dame Law Review vol. 98’s Reflection issue.
