On October 21, Professor Roger Colinvaux presented a paper at a philanthropy conference hosted by the National Center on Philanthropy and the Law at NYU Law School. His paper, "Information Reporting in the Internet Age After Americans for Prosperity Foundation v. Bonta,” addresses the implications of a recent Supreme Court decision on the constitutionality of information reporting required of nonprofit organizations in light of freedom of association First Amendment concerns raised by the Court. The two-day conference convened philanthropy experts nationwide from academe, government, and practice.
