Catholic Law Visiting Associate Professor Juan Carlos Riofrio presented virtually in Congreso Internacional de Derecho Administrativo (International Congress of Administrative Law), hosted by Ministerio Público Provincia de Buenos Aires & CIJur (Argentina), November 9-11, 2022.
