Jenna Shapiro '10, partner at Fox Rothschild LLP and alumna of The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, was reappointed to the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Family Law Executive Committee for the 2023-2024 term.

Fox Rothschild LLP congratulates Partners Eliana Baer and Jenna N. Shapiro, who were reappointed to the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Family Law Executive Committee for the 2023-2024 term.
Baer and Shapiro will work with the Section to maintain and improve the practice of family law through effective interaction with the family courts and inform NJSBA members of current legislation and regulations.
Baer handles a broad range of trial court matters including complex brief writing, motions and emergent applications. She helps her clients with various family law issues including divorce, paternity, adoption, domestic violence and premarital agreements, among others.
She is the host of the Jewish Divorce Talk podcast, which covers divorce, separation, co-parenting and other unique considerations that arise when couples in the Jewish world divorce.
Shapiro guides clients through the complex financial, child custody and logistical issues that arise during divorce, providing solutions that address their unique needs. She handles a full range of family law issues including but not limited to child support, alimony, equitable distributions and valuations of assets and businesses.
She is experienced in all aspects of matrimonial law, from inception through trial and post-judgment litigation, and is certified as a trained mediator, enabling her to engage productively with opposing counsel in order to negotiate advantageous settlements for her clients.
