On February 7, Catholic Law's Assistant Professor Chad Squitieri gave a guest Zoom lecture to Professor Daniel Walters' Advanced Topics in Regulatory Law Seminar class at Texas A&M Law School. Squitieri's lecture focused on the major questions doctrine, the nondelegation doctrine, and textualism. Prior to his lecture, students read selected pieces of Squitieri's scholarship, including “Who Determines Majorness?,” which was published in the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. Following the lecture, students asked questions about Squitieri's publications and the lecture.
