On July 13, Catholic Law's Professor Marshall Breger spoke to the trustees of the Committee for Economic Development of the Conference Board (CED) on ‘The Supreme Court and Administrative Law’. He discussed his view that we are experiencing a paradigm shift in the Supreme Court’s approach to administrative law and the upcoming cases in the next term. Specifically, he analyzed the elements of what he called “the New Deal Paradigm” and contrasted its elements to the new paradigm he believes is emerging.
