About The Catholic University Law Review

Staacked-transFounded in 1950, the Catholic University Law Review is the flagship publication of the Columbus School of Law. The Law Review is a student-run scholarly journal that examines problems of current legal concern by publishing articles submitted by legal scholars and practitioners on a quarterly basis, many of which are cited in judicial opinions, casebooks, treatises, and other legal journals.

The Catholic University Law Review also regularly publishes Notes and Comments written by its student members and provides student editors and contributors with valuable skills to further prepare them for their future legal careers.

For a comprehensive history of our proud publication from 1950 until 2000, please see Professor Emeritus Ralph J. Rohner's article, The 50th Anniversary of the Catholic University Law Review.
