Scott Faga practiced law for 25 years, retiring in 2023 from Paul Hastings LLP, where he was a partner and head of the Structured Credit Practice Group. His practice focused on securitization and structured finance, with a particular emphasis on collateralized loan obligations and asset-backed lending facilities. He represented investment banks and asset managers in connection with all aspects of transactions and advised them with respect to various regulatory matters relating to securitization, lending and securities offerings. Mr. Faga was ranked by Chambers and Partners for 11 years and, at the time of his retirement, was ranked in Band 1 in the Chambers USA and Global guides.
