Taped in October 2014 at American University Washington College of Law, "Graduating Them Whole Not Broken," presented by Professor Emerita Leah Wortham of the Columbus School of Law, is the featured online teaching video of the week by LegalED.

LegalED is a website developed by a community of law professors interested in using online technologies to facilitate more active, problem-based learning in the classroom, in addition to more assessment and feedback. Wortham's video is part of a collection from Igniting Law Teaching, a first-of-its-kind conference that was created as a forum for professors experimenting with cutting edge technologies and techniques in law teaching with the goal of spreading their ideas to the broader community. The talk model required each speaker to stand on stage alone, giving well scripted remarks about an aspect of law school pedagogy. The goal of LegalED is to curate a growing collection of short, 10-minute videos on law school-related pedagogy that will inspire innovation and experimentation by law professors to bring more active learning and practical skills training into the law school curriculum. The ideas Wortham presented in her online lecture have also appeared in print: "Autonomy-Mastery-Purpose: Structuring Clinical Courses to Enhance These Critical Educational Goals," 18 INT. J. CLINICAL LEGAL ED. 103 (2012). Leah Wortham, Catherine F. Klein, & Beryl Blaustone.
