Professor Mary Leary is the lead author in a newly published book, Perspectives on Missing Persons Cases. This one volume work is the first treatise to comprehensively address the complex area of missing persons cases. It includes, but is not limited to, chapters dedicated to cases involving missing children, young adults, elders, war missing, parental abduction, people missing after natural disasters, and missing trafficked people. Published by Carolina Academic Press, the book is expected to significantly contribute to the research involving this form of victimization.
