The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law was ranked #18 in the country for government jobs by PreLaw magazine's winter 2018 issue (vol. 21, no. 3).

The ranking is based on the law school's curriculum, if the school was established to to train lawyers to serve human needs, if students are challenged to look at law through the eyes of the vulnerable, the marginalized, the minorities and the oppressed, the presence of a clinic which allows students to hit the ground running after graduation, and public interest scholarship opportunities.
