CUA Law Professor Sarah Duggin Director of the Compliance, Investigation & Corporate Responsibility Program, chaired a panel on Compliance Pathways and presented a paper at the second international ComplianceNet Conference held this year on June 3-4 at the Villanova University Law School. The Compliance Pathways panel comprised of Professor Duggin and faculty from the Wharton School of Business, the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and Georgetown University, addressed issues of the relationship between corporate purpose and business ethics. Professor Duggin's paper is titled, "Faith, Law and Corporate Ethics: Is There a Role for Faith in Establishing a Culture of Corporate Responsibility?" Vin Lacovara, CUA's Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Chief Privacy Officer, also participated in the conference.
