Catholic Law Professor Roger Colinvaux was one of five law professors on a brief in a conservation land case brought before the U.S. court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Professor Colinvaux joined his colleagues in urging the court to side with the IRS by disallowing purported charitable deductions tied to a land conservation agreement.
