Catholic Law Alumnus Kevin Kramp ’02 was appointed deputy general counsel for the Farm Credit Administration (FCA), a federal financial regulator. Kramp joined the FCA in 2015 as executive assistant to Board Member Jeff Hall. He served in that capacity until his appointment as acting deputy general counsel on March 1, 2020.

Prior to the FCA, Kramp worked for many years on Capitol Hill—working in the offices of several congressmen before joining the staff of the House Committee on Agriculture. He was named chief counsel of that committee in 2003, after completing his J.D.
