The Power of Cafecito

As a paralegal and now as a Law Clerk at dCZ, I can invite a Spanish-speaking client to share their story in a language they are more comfortable speaking. Whether I sense it in the moment, or not, this seemingly small and individually impactful act creates an unspoken, deepened connection. Regardless of whether I can directly sympathize with the client’s experience, they know that I have heard them, truly heard them.

To me, that’s the power of Representation.
