The Project on Constitutional Originalism and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition (CIT) at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law (Catholic Law) hosted its third event of the fall 2023 semester, “The Catholic Intellectual Tradition: A Jurist’s Perspective,” on Thursday, October 5. The event featured Judge Kyle Duncan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit as the moderator of the event, with Judges Richard Sullivan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Sarah Pitlyk of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri serving as panelists. The judges discussed the Catholic intellectual tradition and its relationship to judging. Judge Duncan is serving as a Visiting Jurist this year for CIT.
