Laila E Leigh, Faculty Advisor, Latin American Law Students Association (LALSA), and clinical instructor in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic at Catholic Law, participated in a panel discussion, Human Trafficking Prevention (In Spanish), on January 25. The panel was hosted by Mary's Center as part of Human Trafficking Prevention Month. The panelists discussed what Human Trafficking is, the efforts being made to prevent Human Trafficking in the District of Columbia, the resources available to victims of Human Trafficking, and how you can help stop Human Trafficking.
