Roger Colinvaux, professor at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law (Catholic Law), participated in a panel discussion on Thursday, February 29, as part of the 27th Annual Western Conference on Tax-Exempt Organizations, in Los Angeles, Calif. Colinvaux was a panelist of the day’s final discussion, “Take-Aways from Recent Supreme Court Decisions,” which focused on the civil and associational rights of charities.
