Mary Graw Leary, professor at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, testified on Wednesday, March 6, and Thursday, March 7, before the United States Sentencing Commission during a public hearing on proposed amendments to the federal sentencing guidelines. In her role as Chair of the Victims Advisory Group, Graw Leary participated in two panels through which the chairs of the standing advisory groups provided their perspectives on the proposed amendments.
