Catholic Law's Professor Heidi M. Schooner spoke at the spring meeting of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section on Thursday, April 4. Schooner participated on a panel discussing bank corporate governance standards and, in particular, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s recently proposed guidelines establishing standards for corporate governance and risk management.
