Roger Colinvaux was a featured panelist at the American Bar Association (ABA) Section on Taxation’s 2024 May Tax Meeting, held from Thursday, May 2, through Saturday, May 4. Colinvaux participated in a Friday, May 3 session on exempt organizations and was one of three panelists who examined whether the Civil Rights Act of 1866 prevented charities from advancing civil rights.
