Catholic Law's Professor Jennifer Mascott appeared on NBC News to discuss the Supreme Court of the United States ruling in Trump v United States. The ruling on presidential immunity noted that former President Trump is entitled to some protections in relation to any of his official acts. Mascott was asked to share her perspective of the decision and the nuances related to it.
