Catholic Law alumnus Shant Boyajian ’10 was presented the Emerging Leader Award by the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) during its 36th Annual P3 Conference in Washington, D.C. on July 17, 2024. This award—one of ARTBA’s annual Public Private Partnerships (P3s) Awards—recognizes “a ‘rising star’ who has already made significant contributions toward the advancement of transportation in P3s in the U.S.”
