Several Catholic Law alumni at MITRE recently hosted a luncheon for students in the law school's American Law LL.M. program. This event provided students with a valuable networking opportunity with attorneys from MITRE's legal department. The gathering was facilitated by the following alumni: Julie Bowen '90, Senior Vice President for Operations and Outreach and Chief Legal Officer; Chris Hall '12, Assistant General Counsel; Dena Kozanas '04, Associate General Counsel and Chief Privacy Official; and Susannah Smith Wright '11, Associate General Counsel and Chief Employment Counsel.
The American LL.M. program, a collaborative initiative between The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Poland, provides international students with a distinctive educational experience. Participants can earn their LL.M. through a blend of coursework: a four-week summer session in Kraków, a series of one- and two-week courses throughout the academic year, and a seven-week summer session at Catholic Law in Washington, D.C.
