Catholic Law Professor Heidi Mandanis Schooner spoke at the Administrative Law Review's symposium on Regulating Technology to Facilitate Innovation. Schooner was on a panel discussing the different approaches currently regulating fintech and future developments in the field. The symposium was held in Washinton, D.C., at the Washington College of Law.
