Little Sisters of the Poor v. Pennsylvania returned to the Supreme Court on Wednesday, May 6, with virtual hearings on access to birth control under the Affordable Care Act. Becket, a religious liberty advocacy organization is representing the Little Sisters. As president of Becket and counsel for the Little Sisters, Catholic Law Professor Mark Rienzi spoke with NPR about the case.
