On October 29, 2020, the Association for Digital Asset Markets (ADAM) announced Catholic Law alumna Michelle Bond ’07 as its new CEO. Bond is well established and widely respected in the financial services industry and will bring her experience to ADAM with plans to develop the company’s role as an industry leader in developing best practices in the digital asset marketplace.
Bond began her career at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and has seamlessly transitioned between the public and private sectors ever since. She practiced law at Hogan Lovells and WilmerHale, served as senior counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), worked as head of global regulatory affairs at Bloomberg LP, and has served as the global head of policy and regulatory affairs at two fintech companies.
