In November 2020, Catholic Law alumnus John A. Henderson, Jr. ’06 was one of two new Administrative Law Judges appointed by the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). The appointment came after a lengthy application process. From 2014 to 2020, Judge Henderson served as an administrative judge for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
