Mary Blatch '03 was named the president-elect of the Women's Bar Association of Washington, D.C., with her term starting in 2024. Blatch is a Lecturer at Catholic Law, where she teaches "Compliance, Ethics, and Corporate Responsibility," and is Senior Privacy Counsel at StockX.
Prior to joining StockX, Blatch was regulatory counsel and data privacy officer at CFA Institute in Washington, DC. In her role at CFA Institute, Ms. Blatch counseled the organization on compliance with data privacy laws and other regulatory matters. Prior to joining CFA Institute, Blatch was associate general counsel and senior director of advocacy at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), the world’s largest legal association dedicated exclusively to serving the interests of in-house counsel. Blatch directed ACC’s regulatory, legislative and judicial advocacy efforts on attorney-client privilege, attorney ethics and mobility, corporate compliance and other issues of importance to in-house counsel.
