Marc DeGirolami, the St. John Henry Newman Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Center for Law and the Human Person at Catholic Law, recently had his lecture published in the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. Titled "The Very Idea of Tradition in the Law," this lecture was presented in connection with the St. John Henry Newman Chair in Law at The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, as part of a conference on "St. John Henry Newman, Tradition, and Law."
