Catholic Law's Parent Group hosted two vibrant community events last week, bringing students, staff, and faculty together to celebrate and support parents in the law school community.

Trevor Esper with his daughterOn Sunday, April 6, the group organized its annual Easter Egg Hunt and Paper Airplane event at the Law School. This family-friendly gathering invited students, staff, and faculty to bring their children to campus, offering them a chance to see where their loved ones work while enjoying an afternoon filled with fun activities. The event also included a special celebration honoring graduating parents, recognizing their hard work and perseverance in balancing the demands of parenthood and law school.

Supporting students with children is central to the Parent Group's mission, acknowledging the unique challenges of balancing parenthood with the demands of law school—a task that often feels like juggling.

On April 8, the group hosted a discussion with three law students—Damien Usita (2L), Jessica Sullivan (3E), and Trevor Esper (2L). They offered personal insights into navigating the challenges of balancing family responsibilities, academic demands, and professional commitments.
