Janay Alexander, University of Georgia School of Law: Before graduating the University of Georgia School of Law in 2021, Janay was both a notes editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative law, and a member of the school's mock trial team. Currently, Janay works as a general litigation associate at Kilpatrick Townsend in Atlanta. She will be clerking for Judge Victoria M. Calvert at the Northern District of Georgia in 2025.

Dan Austin, Harvard Law School: At Harvard, Dan worked as a student attorney representing indigent clients in eviction and criminal proceedings and for a federal defender's capital habeas unit. Following law school, Dan clerked for the New Hampshire Supreme Court and for Chief Judge Landya B. McCafferty of the U.S. District Court for New Hampshire. After two years as a public defender, he returned to Judge McCafferty's chambers as her career law clerk.
Abbagail Badley, Regent University School of Law: Abbagail is a Managing Editor for Regent’s Law Review, was a Competitor for the Moot Court Board, works as a Legal Writing Fellow, and will be clerking for Judge Johnston on the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
Julia Bloechl, Vermont Law and Graduate School: Julia is a 3L pursuing her joint JD and master's degree in Climate and Environmental Policy. She is the Senior Articles Editor for the Vermont Law Review and previously served as president of the Women’s Law Society. Last summer she was an intern at the Attorney General’s Office in Honolulu, Hawai’i. She will be clerking for Justice Catherine Connors on the Maine Supreme Court during the 2025-26 term.
Brooklyn Bollweg, University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law: Brooklyn is Editor- in-Chief of the South Dakota Law Review, is a member of the Marjorie Breeden Society and a Student Ambassador, and she will be clerking for Justice Janine M. Kern of the South Dakota Supreme Court in 2025-2026. Following her clerkship, she will join the firm of Willcox Savage in Norfolk, VA.
Brock A. Brown, University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law: Brock is a gubernatorially appointed member of the South Dakota Board of Regents, member of USD Law's Moot Court Board, President of the USD's Student Bar Association, and will be clerking for all five justices of the South Dakota Supreme Court in 2025-2026. Chris Chambers, Notre Dame Law School: Chris serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation and as a Brief Writer on the Notre Dame Moot Court Board. He has also participated in the Notre Dame Religious Liberty Clinic and worked as a research assistant to Professor Sherif Girgis and Professor Patrick Corrigan. He will clerk for Judge Kristi H. Tiffany Dunkin, Baylor University School of Law: In 2024, Tiffany graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University School of Law, where she was Sr. Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review. She also served as President of Baylor’s Federalist Society. Currently, she is a Legal Fellow at First Liberty Institute and will clerk for The Honorable Joel Carson III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in 2025-26.
Kevin Flynn, Tulane University Law School: Kevin is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Technology & Intellectual Property. H was a judicial extern in the E.D. of Louisiana for the Honorable Jane Triche Milazzo, the Honorable Ivan L.R. Lemelle, and the Honorable Lance M. Africk. He is Vice President of the Federal Bar Association chapter at Tulane Law and will clerk for the Honorable Karoline Mehalchick in the M.D. District of Pennsylvania in 2025-27.
Cat Gassiot, Yale Law School: Cat was a member of Yale Law Women+, the Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy, and the Yale Law and Business Society. Cat was also Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal on Regulation. Since her graduation in May 2024, she has worked as a Law Clerk at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. Travis Hahn, The George Washington University Law School: Travis is a 2021 graduate of the George Washington University Law School. Michael Hyatt, The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law: Mike was a staff editor on CUA Law Review, competed as a member of CUA's Moot Court Association, and has been actively involved in the Ex Corde Fellowship for the Center for the Constitution and the Catholic Intellectual Tradition and the Center for Law and the Human Person. Susan E. Juhl, University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law: Susan served as the Lead Comment Editor for the UMKC Law Review and earned the Judge Stevens Memorial Prize for Most Outstanding Legal Writer. Post-graduation, Susan was in private practice for one year at a class action/complex litigation firm. She currently clerks for Justice Melissa T. Kristin O’Bryan, Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law: Kristin is associate editor of Pepperdine Law Review and participated in the Ninth Circuit Appellate Advocacy Clinic, where she briefed and argued an appeal before the Ninth Circuit. She will clerk for the Honorable Charles R. Eskridge III of the U.S. District Court for the S.D. of Texas (2025–26) and the Honorable Jennifer Walker Elrod of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (2026–27).
Ankit Pal, Drake University Law School: Ankit is a member of Drake Law Review and captain of Drake’s National Moot Court Team. He was a summer associate at Dentons and Principal Financial Group and worked as a student practitioner for the Polk County Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the S.D. District of Iowa where he tried seven felony jury trials. He will clerk for Judge Mary E. Chicchelly on the Iowa Court of Appeals in 2025-26.
Stephen R. Payton Rochford, Drake University Law School: Payton is a member of Drake Law Review, Corporate Law Society, and Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. Thomas Sasser, Oklahoma City University School of Law: Thomas is a 2014 graduate. Upon graduation, Thomas served as a prosecutor in Cleveland County Oklahoma for approximately five years before moving to the Office of General Counsel for the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control. Thomas currently serves as one of two staff attorneys for Judge Musseman at the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, the highest criminal court in Oklahoma.
Tory J. Shafer, University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law: Tory is the Lead Articles Editor of the South Dakota Law Review, Vol. 70. He is the president of the South Dakota Christian Legal Society student chapter and will be clerking for Justice Jonathan Papik of the Nebraska Supreme Court in 2025-2026. Following his clerkship, Tory will move with his wife Mariah to the location of her family medicine residency following her graduation from medical school in 2026.

Will Vickery, Notre Dame Law School: Will served as Executive Articles Editor for Notre Dame Law Review, brief writer on the Notre Dame Moot Court Board, and Vice President of the Saint Thomas More Society. Before law school, he worked as a speechwriter in the U.S. Senate. He will clerk for Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk of the U.S. District Court for the N.D. of Texas in 2025–26 and Judge Kurt Engelhardt of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in 2026–27. Following his clerkships, he will return to the Houston office of Gibson Dunn.
Margie Weaver, Oklahoma City University School of Law: Margie Weaver is a Staff Attorney for Judge Musseman at the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals. Prior to that position, she worked at the Oklahoma Attorney General’s office, the Oklahoma Dept. of Corrections, and in private practice. Margie has also been an Associate with the National Criminal Justice Training Center. Margie received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oklahoma City University and her law degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.
