Travel and Accommodations Information
Accepted conferees will be contacted by our Assistant Director for Student Life and Events to make arrangements for travel and accommodations. Instructions on this process will be provided upon acceptance.
CSL will pay for:
1) an accepted conferee’s round-trip coach class flight to one of the D.C. area airports (Reagan National Airport (DCA); Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI): or Dulles International Airport (IAD); or a round-trip coach class Amtrak ticket to Union Station in Washington D.C.; and
2) a two-night stay at an approved hotel.
CSL will also provide:
- A Welcome Dinner on Thursday, February 20
- Breakfast and Lunch on Friday, February 21
- Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday, February 22
All other expenses, including ground transportation, will be the responsibility of the individual conferees.
