How can I arrange an externship in Poland?

One of the many advantages of our program in Poland is that it offers our students the opportunity to work as externs with branches of American, European and, particularly, Polish law firms. Currently, the program has permanent contact with approximately 20+ placements at branches of large West European and American law firms and institutions, such as Olesiński i Wspólnicy Sp. k., Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC); Czyzewcy Firm; Kubas, Kos, Gałkowski (KKG); Trapple, Konarski, Podrecki & Associates; Domanski, Zakrzewski, Palinka Law Offices; American-Polish Chamber of Commerce, and many others.

Externships are offered for academic credit via the on-line courses: Becoming an International Lawyer and Legal Externship. Student externs acquire knowledge and skills as they work closely with Polish lawyers, whose legal tradition differs greatly from the U.S. legal system. Students report the externships provide insight that cannot be acquired in American classrooms.
